Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)
Your Mission
Are you ready to kickstart your career in recruitment? We're looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Ramsgate / Folkestone based team as Junior Recruitment Associates. This is your chance to earn, learn, and grow while completing our Recruiter Development Programme apprenticeship course. You'll gain hands-on experience, achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment, and enjoy access to our industry-leading benefits and rewards.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete our Recruiter Development Programme as part of the apprenticeship scheme.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
- Engage in business development activities to drive growth and exceed targets.
- Learn recruitment legislation, compliance, and strategic resourcing using social platforms.
- Develop negotiation and sales skills tailored to recruitment.
