We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team of six in Bishop's Stortford. As a Junior Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, building, and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and engaging in business development activities all while completing the recruiter development programme apprenticeship course.
You'll be on the job learning while gaining a Level 3 Cert in Principles of Recruitment Practice and Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment. You will have access to all our company benefits and rewards and full support of your manager and apprenticeship manager.
You'll also support the branch in meeting and exceeding its Gross Profit targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick start their career in recruitment and develop valuable skills. You'll also be part of our excellent commission scheme with no threshold (one of the top in the industry!)

Entry Requirements:
As part of our Earning & Learning Talent Programme you will be gaining on the job experience while completing a recruiter development programme apprenticeship with the full support of your line manager and apprenticeship manager, you will need to commit to completing the full apprenticeship length (18 months plus 3 months of EPA).

Must demonstrate that you are developing your skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week throughout the Earning & Learning Talent programme, this can be achieved by completing work set through the programme as well as ongoing development within your role.

To commit to a fixed term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship programme.

The salary will be negotiable if you choose to take the apprenticeship route to gain a qualification, or if you start with some previous office experience and straight into a Junior recruitment associate role.
