We are looking for an IT Project Implementation Manager for a successful client based in the Dover area. Must have planning and organisational skills to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Duties
Assist and expedite the diagnosis and resolution of incidents and requests
Desk side support - scope - server , desktop, domain , security and network services
Provide advise to users on systems , products and services.
Provide an effective interface between users and service providers
Documenting problems
Progress checking
Diagnostic information provided for error resolution and incident analysis
Interprets technical / procedure manuals
Provide information updates
Image and Printer Management
Support Ad Hoc Projects
Support team software issues
You must have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Prince 2. A good understanding of Excel and XML/CSV conversations. 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Project Management and a higher diploma.
