We are looking for an IT Project Implementation Manager for a successful client based in the Dover area. Must have planning and organisational skills to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Duties

• Assist and expedite the diagnosis and resolution of incidents and requests

• Desk side support - scope - server , desktop, domain , security and network services

• Provide advise to users on systems , products and services.

• Provide an effective interface between users and service providers

• Documenting problems

• Progress checking

• Diagnostic information provided for error resolution and incident analysis

• Interprets technical / procedure manuals

• Provide information updates

• Image and Printer Management

• Support Ad Hoc Projects

• Support team software issues

You must have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Prince 2. A good understanding of Excel and XML/CSV conversations. 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Project Management and a higher diploma.
