HRGO are seeking an International FLT Transport Planner. You need to have previous experience in this role, a basic understand of UK/EU customs procedures would be advantageous and at least three years' experience in the haulage / freight forwarding industry. Ability to communicate in a European Language, Italian preferably, would be an advantage. For this position you should have high attention to detail, be able to work in a pressured environment and have strong analytical, organisational and excellent communication skills.
Duties Include -
Planning of vehicles
taking load factors customer opening hours, driving hours, and all other legal requirements.
Profit & Loss responsibility
Supervision and control daily to ensure that collection and deliveries are carried out as per instruction.
Timely and effective communication between offices, sub-contractors, and team.
Use of own initiative,
Administration,
Commercial representation.
