Description:
Our client a well-established, independent insurance intermediary provide exceptional service and coverage to their clients. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Support Administrator to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily diaries efficiently, ensuring all appointments and tasks are organised and prioritised.
- Handle mid-term changes to policies accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct incoming and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
- Process renewal documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Manage office filing systems and post-renewal documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Utilise experience in the insurance industry to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to clients and team members.
- Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and proactive approach to tasks, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Generate presentations and fact finders to support client meetings and policy discussions.
Qualifications /Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
- Proficient in diary management, policy changes, calling procedures, document processing, and office organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and client information.
