All quotes to be issued via Topaz to give full visibility of how many quotes are being issued per client. With the exception of office/agent rates, nothing agreed on email (until 360 limitations are resolved)
Negotiate rates with suppliers (depots/hauliers/offices) and provision costs
Monitor personal and team workload throughout the day to ensure completion of all departmental tasks
