HR GO are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors for their prestigious client based in Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham (S63 5AA)
This is a temporary on-going assignment for 12 weeks, with the possibility of this being extended for the right candidates.
Key Attributes:-
Successful candidates must have Contact Centre experience of at least 12 months
Experience of dealing with high volume calls and taking ownership of calls with a successful resolution
Computer literate and be able to use multiple screens
Excellent communication skills
The rate of pay is £11.77 an hour and you will be expected to work 5 days out of 7 and be flexible to work between the hours of 8.00 and 8.00pm.
