We have an exciting opportunity for Office Based Customer Service Advisors working in Manchester City Centre. This is an ongoing contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Working on behalf of our client on a Public Sector related campaign based in our modern Covid safe office in Manchester City Centre.
Hourly rate of £8.91 p/h 37.5 hours
A successful Customer Service Representative Will Ideally have…
Excellent customer service
A friendly approach & bubbly personality.
Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer group.
Excellent Keying/Listening & Data Inputting skills.
Ability to navigate around a P.C comfortably.
A good record of punctuality.
Resilience and good work ethic.
A want to progress and become multi-skilled.
Inbound Customer Service Representative based at our Covid safe Manchester office.
Full training to be provided.
The role is full time, between the hours of 8am-6pm, you must be able to commit to working inbetween these hours.
You will require a current or new DBS certificate.
