We are excited to partner with a well-established and successful bakery company renowned for its exceptional baked goods! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hygiene Operative to join our production team. 🌟
This is a Monday - Thursday position, but could switch to 4 days/4off in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
🧽 Clean and sanitise production machinery and equipment according to established protocols and schedules.
🔍 Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
⚙️ Follow proper cleaning procedures for various types of machinery and equipment.
♻️ Dispose of waste materials and hazardous substances safely and environmentally.
🛡️ Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
🤝 Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
🚨 Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
📜 Assist in implementing and maintaining hygiene protocols and procedures.
🔒 Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
🤔 Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices in a production setting.
🧼 Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
🎯 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately.
⏰ Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
🔒 Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
💪 Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding role.
