Are you ready to join a well-established and successful bakery company renowned for its exceptional baked goods? Our client is expanding their Hygiene team and are looking for a experienced, dedicated and skilled Hygiene Operatives to help maintain the highest hygiene standards in their facility. 🌟
You will be working 4 days on/4 days off. 1 weekend in 4 you will be required to work either a Saturday or Sunday as overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
🧽 Clean and sanitise production machinery and equipment according to established COSHH protocols and schedules.
🔍 Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, with a specific focus on food hygiene.
⚙️ Follow proper cleaning procedures for various types of machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with health regulations.
♻️ Dispose of waste materials and hazardous substances safely and in adherence with guidelines.
🛡️ Ensure all health and safety regulations and guidelines are strictly followed.
🤝 Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
🚨 Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
📜 Assist in implementing and maintaining hygiene protocols and procedures throughout the production process.
🔒 Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a food production or manufacturing environment.
🤔 Knowledge of COSHH regulations and food hygiene practices is essential.
🧼 Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
🎯 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately.
⏰ Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
🔒 Punctual and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
💪 Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in a demanding role.
