We are working with a values-led organisation that supports a fantstic charity based in Ashford. They are currently seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join their dedicated and friendly team on a full-time basis.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of essential HR and operational processes, supporting a growing team in delivering high-quality services. You'll handle everything from recruitment and employee record management to finance tasks and health & safety compliance. The role is varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
Coordinate staff records, appraisals, leave, healthcare benefits, and training schedules.
Assist with invoice processing, expenses, credit control, and financial reporting.
Maintain compliance documentation across HR, finance, and health & safety.
Act as the go-to point for HR enquiries, ensuring smooth internal communication.
Provide top-tier administrative support to keep operations running efficiently.
About You:
Previous experience in office, HR, or finance administration is essential.
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
Excellent communicator - both written and verbal.
Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.
A team player with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
