- Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm (Part time hours would be considered for the right candidate at a minimum of 3 days per week)
Job Overview:
Due to growth HRGO Recruitment are looking for a HR Business Partner to provide outsourced HR support across a wide range of sectors for our busy and friendly client based in Seaford. You will have the opportunity to work in a HR position that is varied and interesting due to the range of clients and nature of the HR support provide. You will be working within a collaborative friendly team who work together, sharing knowledge and experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Professional who is seeking a busy and varied role, who loves to offer the full spectrum of HR support and has the personality and practical approach to work to adapt to the knowledge, approach, and culture of their clients.
This role would suit an experienced HR Business Partner who has a love of employee relations and generalist HR but enjoys the fact that no two days are the same and is happy to undertake complex employee relations work as well as generalist HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage and guide on complex employee relations issues, generalist HR, and advice on recruitment and retention.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Legislation
- Experience in supporting managers in all aspects of HR, through attending meetings and proactively managing the HR processes.
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality HR service; ranging from answering basic enquiries to strategic HR.
- Ability to provide clear HR advice and assistance.
- Work collaboratively with businesses helping them to achieve their people strategy and offer pragmatic and clear advice and guidance
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write management statement of cases and letters (not template letters)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly.
- Business acumen and the desire to build strong relationships with the managers you are supporting.
- Ability to develop and sustain our reputation for providing a friendly, proactive, and supportive HR service to our clients.
- Pragmatic and friendly approach
- Thirst to understand the needs of the clients.
