HR Advisor

  • Issuing Contracts
  • Minutes for disciplinary investigations
  • Holiday approvals for staff members
  • HR admin - uploading all personnel files onto brighthr
  • Filing all relevant documentation
  • Return to work
  • Exit interviews
  • Informal/formal conversations around any issues that staff member might have
  • Keeping a track of absence to know when someone triggers the process
  • Updating the resource planner daily - identifying trends
  • Scanning all documentation into each individuals folder
  • Assisting with payroll when required
  • Informing managers when probation's are due - informing Director so it can be added to the benefits
  • Updating/maintaining all employees information
  • Ensuring all employees are complying with the HR policies
  • Assisting with the recruitment process where necessary
