HRGO Are recruiting a HR Administrator to help staff carry out their daily tasks focusing primarily on recruitment and compliance.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • First point of contact assisting staffs initial queries by phone or email in a prompt, professional manner; Directing and referring to others within the HR team when needed.
  • Take lead on campaign's for recruitment approved roles. Making sure internal forms are completed, communicating with managers, arranging interviews and dealing with unsuccessful candidates via letters, email and telephone.
  • Ensuring appropriate authoring when preparing offer letters, contracts and contract variation.
  • Liaise with managers to ensure they receive regular updates regarding the status of their recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance is being met by ensuring essential checks have been carried out for new members of staff. (E.G. Disclosure and barring service, health questionnaires, references, proof of eligibility to work in the UK).
  • To ensure that all data entered onto our systems is accurate so that the SCR (Single Central Register) is
    kept up to date with no gaps in information.
  • Maintain shared inbox with other HR Administrators. Dealing with any queries promptly.
  • To create personnel files for new employees and ensure that all HR filing is kept up to date.
  • To work with the HR team on setting up, developing, customising and rolling out a new integrated HR and
    Payroll database.
  • To be the administrator for HR for the Staff Hub (School Intranet) and work with the team to build a user
    friendly and attractive HR section and keep it up to date.
  • To liaise with the Payroll team to ensure payroll changes are effected on a timely basis.
  • Any other miscellaneous duties that may be required.
