We're looking for a hands-on, passionate Horticulture Technician to join a great team and support interior (and occasional exterior) plant maintenance across a range of client sites. If you love creating healthy, thriving plant environments and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality interior plant care including watering, feeding, pruning, and plant health checks
Carry out some exterior plant maintenance when required
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
Work independently and manage daily schedules across multiple sites
Ensure all work is completed professionally, safely, and on time
What We're Looking For
Hands-on horticulture experience - ideally with interior plant knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
Willingness to undertake security vetting, including DBS and BPSS checks
A proactive, reliable individual who enjoys working both independently and with clients
