HR GO are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operative on a temporary basis to work at a well-known location near Waterloo Station.
This is a busy, varied role that will include managing communication via phone, emails, radio calls etc, logging reactive tasks on CAFM system, downloading & allocating worksheets for engineers/cleaners/sub-contractors and updating CAFM once jobs have been completed.
You will have excellent IT skills, be self-managing, have the ability to work under pressure & manage numerous tasks at the same time, be highly motivated & enthusiastic and have a positive can-do attitude.
