RHL Are currently recruiting for Help desk Coordinators to work with our client who are a leading Facilities Management company in stoke on Trent.
This role has come from extensive growth within the company and are looking at recruiting around 10 people to join the Service desk team.
This position will be around 6 Months and are ideally seeking people from a Customer service / Call centre background.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting our clients service level agreement
- answering and resolving queries to assure KPI's are met
- Liaising with Engineers to schedule in appointments
- Reporting issues to management.
These roles are starting immediately and will be paid weekly.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30pm. This will be an office based role.
