HR GO are currently looking for Helpdesk & Switchboard Operators to support the NHS at Kent & Canterbury Hospital.

This is a temporary position to support the Hospitals Service Centre.

They are looking for candidates that can be flexible as this will be a full time position on a shift basis.

Hours will be:

8hrs per day, in between the hours of 6am & 10pm, 5 days out of 7, for a weekly total of 37.5hrs a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Handling
• Updating system's
• Following policies & Procedures
• Initiating action and responses
• Monitoring LIVE internal systems
• Dispatch jobs departmentally to relevant services from incoming calls

The ideal candidate:

• Able to work under pressure
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Customer Service Experience

3 years worth of references will be required for this position.
