Experienced HSQE Advisor required to join our client based in Medway
Key duties of this role are:-
The auditing of production and related equipment and processes to ensure they are safe.
To focus on prevention by ensuring equipment maintenance and employee training is up to date
To create safety plans, to include suggested improvement area's to existing infrastructure and business processes
To conduct new starter H & S inductions
To keep up to date with new legislation and to prepare H & S strategies as necessary
To produce Method Statements and Risk Assessments for site installations
Candidates suited to this role will have a proven background as a H & S Advisor, be NEBOSH / IOSH qualified and posess excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and deliver training plans.
