Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to gain valuable experience in Health & Safety within a fast-paced warehouse environment?
We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Warehouse Administrator to join a busy distribution site on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Health & Safety while supporting day-to-day compliance and site safety activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses (NMIA) by gathering relevant documentation and assisting with the completion of follow-up actions.
Prepare and distribute daily updates relating to the previous day's NMIA reports.
Carry out filing, scanning, and document control to maintain accurate Health & Safety records.
Conduct site safety tours and hazard spotting, reporting any findings appropriately.
Support the Health & Safety team with general administrative duties.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and an internal Safety & Training database (full training will be provided).
What We're Looking For
Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An interest in Health & Safety or administration within a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
