HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an H&S Admin/Clerical Assistant to join a busy site in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who is looking to develop their administration skills within a Health & Safety environment.

The role will initially support the Health & Safety Coordinator with general administration and filing, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety department
  • Complete filing, scanning and document management
  • Maintain accurate Health & Safety records
  • Support the Health & Safety Coordinator with daily tasks
  • Assist with general clerical duties
  • Communicate with colleagues across the business
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and company processes
  • Support the team with any other reasonable administrative duties
  • Learn and develop knowledge of Health & Safety processes

Shifts Available:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-4:00pm
  • £13.13 per hour
  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Immediate start available

About You:

  • Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
  • Good speaking and listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised and reliable approach to work
  • Confident using basic computer systems
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good aptitude and interest in developing new skills
  • Previous Health & Safety experience is not essential
