We're seeking an experienced Temporary Head Chef to lead in a busy catering environment across multiple events.

🗓 Dates & Events

  • 4 Sept - Prep day
  • 5 Sept - Wedding breakfast (63 guests) + buffet
  • 24 Sept - Lunchtime buffet (150 guests)
  • 26 Sept - Prep day
  • 27 Sept - 3-course meal (100 guests)
  • 3-5 Oct - Preparing baguettes, pies & burgers throughout the day
  • 6 Oct - Lunch buffet (150 guests)
  • 7-8 Oct - Night buffet (~1am on 8th) for 150 guests

  • Proven experience in high-volume catering
  • Strong organisational & leadership skills
