Job Title: Handyman

Salary: £13.05 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Duration: Full-time, temporary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our clients` team to help set up properties for temporary accommodation. This role involves a variety of tasks including cleaning properties, gardening, delivering and setting up furniture, garden recharge work, removal of fly-tipped items, and participating in action days to clear estates and assist in filling skips.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out general gardening duties at void and tenanted properties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and minor pruning of trees

- Perform minor maintenance work and DIY tasks as required

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating excellent customer care

- Work as part of a team or independently, depending on the task at hand

- Drive company vehicles to various locations, so a full UK driving licence is essential

Requirements:

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Experience in carrying out minor maintenance work and DIY tasks

- Previous experience working with customers and providing excellent customer service

- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

- Immediate availability for an immediate start
