Job Tittle: Ground Maintenance Operative

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £9.50 per hour

Purpose of the role

To work as part of a team to deliver a quality service to our clients and customers. Effective communication with your foreman, Supervisor, Manager, and customers. Effective, reliable, and responsible performance of work tasks

Responsibilities of role

• Experienced and suitably qualified grounds maintenance operative.
• Experience of working on multi sites, high profile housing contracts would be desirable but not essential.
• The ability to read and understand site maps/plans and be able to navigate around Somerset and surrounding areas.
• Confident in organising daily works schedules and complete required daily check sheets for both sites and vehicle.
• A full driving license is essential with a desired trailer towing capability.
• Experience in the use of ride on mowers and horticultural machinery.
• You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures; and
• The successful candidate should be approachable, responsible, and able to communicate at all levels
