Immediate Start - Customer Helpline Assistant - Key Workers
We are urgently recruiting for Helpline Assistants to work within a busy call centre.
Roles are full time working 40 hours per week any 5 out of 7 days Monday-Sunday between 8am-8pm. Excellent city centre location in Birkenhead close to both train and bus transport with on site parking available.
Starts available from Sunday 17th May onward with full training provided.
Speaking to high volumes of customers
Dealing with issues and concerns in an empathetic manner
Signposting customers to relevant services they may be requiring
Updating customer database based on information provided
Booking appointments on behalf of customers
You must possess an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport with ease. Must have good organisational skills and be self motivated. Must be competent computer user due to training provided and systems used.
