HR GO are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established & successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
👨🍳 Experience in food production is essential, particularly in bakery operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
⚖️ Weigh and measure ingredients
🍽️ Portion and divide product quantities
🌀 Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
🥖 Prepare and shape dough
🔥 Bake products in industrial ovens
✅ Perform quality control checks
