📍 Location: Margate, CT9
💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
🕐 Shift: Nights 19:00pm - 5:00am £8 uplift for each completed night shift
🕐 Days 5am-15:00pm
🏭 About the Role:
HR GO are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well established & successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
👨🍳 Experience in food production is essential, particularly in bakery operations - but full training will be provided.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
⚖️ Weigh and measure ingredients
🍽️ Portion and divide product quantities
🌀 Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
🥖 Prepare and shape dough
🔥 Bake products in industrial ovens
✅ Perform quality control checks
