Location: Sandwich, Kent Type: Temporary - Perm Hourly Rate: £12.21 Hours: 7am - 6.15pm - on a rota basis
As a Food Production Operative, you'll be working across the production department, engaging in all stages from initial productivity to final packing. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a broad range of skills in food production. This role is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Follow the production plan for food product manufacturing.
Escalate any non-conformance or concerns to your manager.
📝 Requirements:
🚗 Must have own transport due to the location and shift start times.
📅 Must be prepared to work some weekends.
📖 Proficient in English (both written & verbal).
➕ Basic numeracy skills.
