Pecan Deluxe Candy manufacture confectionery-based products such as Cookie Dough, Brownies, Pralines, Fudge as well as sauces and chocolate for addition to products such as Ice cream.

We are currently looking for a number of Production Operatives to join the business on a temporary to permanent basis.

Role:- Production Operative

Pay:- £10.00 increasing to £10.30 after 12 weeks

Hours:- Rotating Shifts 6am-2pm, 10pm - 6am & 2pm-10pm

Benefits:- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 12 weeks, Pension, Free onsite parking, working for a company that values people, no weekends or bank holidays - although overtime is available on a voluntary basis

Duties will include:-

• Working in a food production environment, following food hygiene practices.
• Packing products
• Operating Production Machinery
• Quality Control
• Cleaning production machinery
• Manual Handling

The right candidate:-

• No experience necessary, just a good hard working attitude.
• Self Motivated but with the ability to work as part of a team
• An eye for detail but with the ability to work at pace.
• Experience working to production deadlines is desirable
