My client are looking for a part time Financial Controller for 20 hours a week.

The successful candidate will be able to run the accounts on their own, have a minimum of 2 years Sage 50 including payroll and have been AAT qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, confident, accurate and personable.

Key responsibilities:

• Matching and inputting supplier invoice on to Sage.

• Payment of all supplier invoice.

• Handling of all incoming payments (BACS and cheques) and daily bank reconciliation.

• Monthly reporting including P&L.

• Preparation of year end accounts and documents to be submitted for Tax returns.

• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT.

• Payroll, including pensions submission for all staff.

• Creation of delivery notes and invoices

• General office duties: stationary and supplies.
