We are looking for an experience Finance/Office Manager to join a very successful International Insulated glass machinery company based in Stansted.

The UK offices were open in January 2022 and you will be joining an established hard working service team and office staff. Working closely with the CEO and overseeing the office and 2 other admin staff.

The right person will require to have finance or bookkeeping experience, strong admin and customer service skills, who likes a challenge and can multi task.

Finance Duties:

• Double entry bookkeeping
• Raising Invoices
• Reconciliation of all ledgers, accruals, prepayments and generate payments runs
• Bank accounts including foreign currency accounts reconciliations
• Prepare and upload, EC sales and VAT return reports
• Liaising with external Payroll department to process wages
• Preparation of monthly accounts
• Liaise with external Accountants/Auditor for year-end accounts
• Maintaining Sales/purchase ledger
• Credit control

Office duties:

• General admin - overseeing operational activity of the UK office

• Spare-parts Quotations
