PART TIME FINANCE ASSISTANT An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join one of our world leading industry clients. Role Purpose The successful applicant shall have responsibility for ensuring that invoices are checked, recorded and loaded into finance systems, and will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure systems and processes are in place. Roles & Responsibilities * Receive, record and process invoices onto the companies Sage and Sicon system * Following the internal invoice approval procedure to ensure the invoices are approved by appropriate budget holder * Liaise with the commercial team and budget holder * Check invoice net value and VAT amount * Ensure back up data is complete * Support the Financial Accountant to raise invoice or self-billing invoice * Support the Financial Controller to carry out the Financial Analysis * Collate information for reporting purposes Qualifications & Experience * Partly or Full qualified AAT or equivalent * Experience of working in a finance department * Experience with SAGE, Sicon * Excellent excel skills If you are looking for a new part time opportunity in finance and believe you are suitable for this role, please apply
