Position: Festival Bar Staff Location: Ardingly Duration: Friday 2nd May & Saturday 3rd May Hours: 15:00 to 23:00 Pay: £13p/h Type: Temporary/Part-time
Key Responsibilities: - Serve a variety of beverages efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. - Provide attentive and friendly service to festival-goers, ensuring excellent customer experiences. - Work cohesively with other team members to ensure seamless bar operations. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. - Handle transactions accurately, using point of sale systems efficiently. - Manage supplies and stock levels to keep the bar operating smoothly.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a bar, hospitality, or restaurant setting. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment. - Excellent multitasking and organisational capabilities. - Friendly disposition and positive attitude. - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
