I am looking for a worker at our clients farm barns. The role is to;

• Load and unload lorries / customers with thatching materials

• Use telehandlers / some hand-balling

• Prepare pallets and parcels for customers

• Keep the barns tidy and organised

• Monitor stock levels

• Occasionally deliver materials using company lorries if an HGV Class 2 licence is held- this is NOT essential

• Generally assist at other times of the year when we are harvesting and threshing our straw

We are looking for;

• A physically fit, active person, who can interact well with customers

• Previous farm work / experience including use of telehandlers and tractors( again desirable not essential)

• Mechanical knowledge

• An HGV Class 2 licence holder for potential deliveries to customers will be looked at favourably but NOT essential

Someone who has excellent time-keeping

Hours of Work:

• 08:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday minimum requirement.MORE hours available

• Extra hours are available and flexible

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
