With continued growth and strong order volumes, they're expanding their production team and are looking for hands‑on, reliable individuals who enjoy practical work and being part of a supportive crew.

This is a physical, active role where you'll see the results of your work every day. No two days are the same, and full training is provided, so if you've got the right attitude, they'll give you the skills.

Important: Due to the site location, applicants must have their own transport.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manufacturing structural components to detailed specifications
• Using hand tools and machinery safely and accurately
• Reading drawings and working to measurements and quality standards
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
• Working as part of a close‑knit team to hit daily production targets

This Role Is Ideal If You Are

• Practical and enjoy physical, hands‑on work
• Reliable, punctual, and enjoy being part of a team
• Comfortable in a factory or workshop environment
• Safety‑focused with a good eye for detail
• Keen to learn new skills and follow clear instructions

Experience in manufacturing, construction, or factory work is an advantage. We're keen to hear from motivated people with the right attitude.
