What You'll Be Doing
- Manufacturing structural components to precise specifications
- Using hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Reading technical drawings and working to measurements
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Working collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For
✅ Practical, hands-on approach to work
✅ Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
✅ Comfortable in a factory or production environment
✅ Good attention to detail and safety awareness
✅ Willingness to learn and develop new skills
✅ Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar environment is preferred
⚠️ Ability to safely lift up to 25kg, this is a physically demanding role
