Job Title: Factory Administrator
Salary: From £15,500 per annum (Dependant on Experience)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Dumfries
HRGO are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Factory Administrator to support a busy site operation in Dumfries. This is a varied role ideal for someone highly organised who enjoys working with data, purchasing and day-to-day site administration.
Hours: 20 hours per week with flexibility around working days.
What you'll be doing as a Factory Administrator:
Accurately input and maintain production and inventory data (SAP/ERP)
Support daily reporting and basic performance/data analysis
Raise purchase orders, manage goods receipt, and coordinate supplier deliveries
Assist with HR/payroll administration, employee records and training documentation
Provide general admin support: calls, queries, records, spreadsheets, site supplies
Liaise with customers/logistics to support delivery paperwork and schedules
What we're looking for:
1-3 years' experience in an admin / operations support role (manufacturing/warehouse ideal)
Confident using SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong Excel and accurate data-handling skills
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
Commutable from: Dumfries, Castle Douglas, Lochmaben, Annan, Lockerbie
