Absolute are looking for an Executive Search Resourcer to join the team at this exciting time of growth.

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to join an Executive Search Team where you will proactively headhunt for Senior level candidates within Accountancy, Finance, Legal, HR and Commercial in Kent, London, Surrey, Sussex and Essex.

Your role will focus on candidate attraction, so you will need demonstrate strong research/headhunt ability to help find the best talent within the market.

The role would suit someone who is looking to step away from a full Recruitment cycle role to a candidate focused position.

Experience within either Accountancy, Finance, Legal or Senior level recruitment would be an advantage!

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Identify and utilise search/headhunting techniques to attract candidates within the market from advertisements through to LinkedIn.

• Create pipeline of candidates for various open positions.

• Shortlist candidates for existing and new vacancies.

• Write and update job advertisements.

• Prepare CV's.

• Manage the candidate application and registration process

• Office administration.

This is a remote working role.

Full time - 40 hours per week (Part time will be considered.)

Salary - £28k to £35k
