HRGO have the pleasure of recruiting for an Estates Programme Support Manager for their client.
This position is a temporary role for 12 months, working from home.
37.5hrs a week
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Support Manager to support the Strategic Estates Portfolio to ensure the smooth running of the projects.
The successful post holder will:
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of continuing professional development
- Have knowledge and understanding of good governance and project and programme assurance
- Have experience working in a large, multi-professional organisation, supporting at very senior manager level
- Be able to prioritise and make judgements involving highly complex or sensitive issues
Brief overview:

Work closely with the Programme Director Strategic Estates on all aspects of their work. Offering full business support with a complete understanding of the Programme Director Strategic Estates 's workload and its complexity, effectively draft emails, internal memoranda, letters, and co-ordinate responses with absolute minimum supervision and guidance.

Make and receive telephone calls on behalf of the Programme Director Strategic Estates from or to members of the public, staff, managers, trade unions, MP's, or representatives of other agencies. This may involve assimilating complex information, dealing with distressed individuals, and taking decisions in the absence of the Programme Director Strategic Estates without reference to others
