This role is a crucial role to our clients business - you will be an active member of the plant management team, focusing on various projects in parallel to each other.

Candidates need to have proven ability to manage multi-disciplined teams across different sites/countries. You need to be able to travel if needed to these sites and will be experienced in managing budgets against forecast.

Duties include:-

• People Management, developing your team pushing them to career progression, succession planning.
• Quality - promoting a quality culture, maintaining IATF 16949 certification
• Volume - setting daily operational metrics, delivering projects on time and to plan
• Cost - high focus on utilising current skill set to develop and implement best cost facilities for the business, delivering the budget and identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities.

Candidates suited to this role will have a minimum of 5+ years experience of working in an engineering / manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment, able to adapt to changing priorities.

Candidates who have experience of working with fuel injection systems / IC engines and applications would be desirable although not essential.
