HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and detail-focused Embroidery Machine Operator to join the embroidery department of a respected clothing and equipment manufacturer in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing and a passion for producing high-quality embroidered products.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor industrial embroidery machines
Interpret design specifications and prepare machines accordingly
Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
Ensure correct thread colours and precise design placement
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines
#Requirements:
Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines is essential
Ability to read and follow detailed design instructions
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work efficiently under time pressure
Willing to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment
