HRGO Education are looking for a Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3) to join a highly reputable Preparatory and Nursery School in Tonbridge. The role involves being a key person for a group of children, supporting their social and emotional needs while creating an inspiring and stimulating learning environment. You must have strong IT skills, and a good standard of written English, being able to write observations and maintain online records of development for your key children following the EYFS framework. You will be confident at liaising with parents and a good team player. As a key person you will plan, deliver and assess activities and learning experiences to meet the needs of the children including next steps.

Suitable Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner candidate:

• A passion and dedication to early years education
• Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification
• GCSE English and Maths
• A solid understanding of Safeguarding policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Including: honesty, empathy, teamwork, creativity, resilience, and reliability
• Committed to your own career development
• Paediatric First Aid qualification
