HR GO are currently recruiting for a Domestic Team Leader for the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
The work pattern will be 5/7 days per week, various shifts to include earlys, lates, weekends and nights.
You will require a Standard DBS for this role, processed via HR GO unless you have a check on the update service.
The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the Domestic Team.
To effectively deploy staff and resources to ensure a high quality of service delivery.
Ensure hygiene standards within the domestic environments are monitored and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Daily contact with Domestics team.
Full range of domestic duties in the working area.
Direct and assist domestics staff within departments.
Manage absence and arrange cover.
Provide staff training.
Maintain hygiene and Health and Safety legislation and ensure staff are fully inducted.
Carry out tasks as required.
System Experience:
Candidates MUST be IT Literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.

Have Flexible attitude to working times and methods.
