HR GO are currently recruiting for a Domestic Team Leader for the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.

The work pattern will be 5/7 days per week, various shifts to include earlys, lates, weekends and nights.

You will require a Standard DBS for this role, processed via HR GO unless you have a check on the update service.

The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the Domestic Team.

To effectively deploy staff and resources to ensure a high quality of service delivery.

Ensure hygiene standards within the domestic environments are monitored and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily contact with Domestics team.

• Full range of domestic duties in the working area.

• Direct and assist domestics staff within departments.

• Manage absence and arrange cover.

• Provide staff training.

• Maintain hygiene and Health and Safety legislation and ensure staff are fully inducted.

• Carry out tasks as required.

System Experience:

• Candidates MUST be IT Literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
