We are currently recruiting for a Dispenser Operative to join a well-established manufacturing environment in Folkestone on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global FMCG business, supporting the production of household and personal care products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials in line with production requirements
Follow detailed batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure all materials are correctly labelled, recorded, and traceable
Prepare ingredients for production lines in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain high standards of health & safety and hygiene
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant
✅ Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written instructions and processes
Good numeracy skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is desirable
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
