We are looking for a confident digital marketing professional with an analytical mind to join our central marketing team, supporting all the HR GO portfolio brands. This is a pivotal role driving our brand's candidate attraction strategies across all paid media channels.

Many of our clients require a quick turnaround to keep their businesses running. Therefore, you should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to stay calm and focused under pressure.

Position Summary:

  • Manage advertising spend across all job boards, including Indeed PPC, paid search and paid social.
  • Liaise with internal customers to provide campaign support including to drive tailored candidate attraction campaigns for key external clients such as Royal Mail and the NHS.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal customers to ensure job adverts meet best practice guidelines and are optimised to achieve the best results.
  • Produce regular reports, lead strategy reviews, and update internal clients on the performance of paid media campaigns.
  • Manage search licensing across all job boards and provide reports to senior stakeholders to ensure performance and ROI targets are met.
  • Manage annual contract renewals for all job boards, and research new opportunities to maximise reach.
  • Work to maintain the professional standards, consistency and integrity of the HR GO brands at all times.
  • Line management of a digital marketing apprentice.

Personal Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in paid search marketing with a proven track record of getting results.
  • PPC planning (keywords) and ad writing skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and produce an optimised strategy to improve performance.
  • Commercially minded with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects.
  • Excellent English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills to help build good customer relations with internal customers and to interface effectively with external suppliers are essential.
  • Must be a strong team player, with a 'can-do' attitude.

Experience of the recruitment industry would be useful but not essential
