We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to cover a few weeks temporary work in Sittingbourne. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. If you take pride in your driving skills and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to various locations on time. - Adhere to predetermined routes and schedules. - Maintain delivery vehicles in good working order. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers. - Handle and manage paperwork related to deliveries. - Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and and no points. - Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns. - 25 or over due to company insurance - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations efficiently. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy packages. - Punctual and reliable with a professional attitude.
