We are looking for candidates who have previous customer service experience and excellent administration skills to work for a local shipping company based in Stansted, covering the late or the night shifts

This is a temporary assignment.

Start date: 23rd November

Shifts Tuesdays to Saturdays

Lates: 11.00am to 19.00pm

Nights: 22.00 to 06.00am

Paying: £10.50 to 11.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service- Call Centre environment
• Investigare and resolve issues as required
• Providing clearance of goods and support to external customers
• Advising customers on new procedures related to Brexit regulations
• Data Entry- good attention to detail
• Navigating between various systems- requires good I.T. skills
• Completing any related administration ensuring completeness and compliance
• Follow predefined procedures and processes
• Regular interaction with first line management
• Occasional interaction with suppliers and vendors
• Maintaining the CRM
• Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise
• Working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned
• Full training will be given
