A fantastic Service Manager position has become available, for our client based in Orpington. You will be managing the customer service team to ensure service standards are met, problems are resolved, and the team operates efficiently and profitably. The role includes reporting on team performance to management in a clear and anylytical manner.
Key responsibilities:
Provide and promote excellent customer service through your team
Ensure all procedures are followed correctly
Manage staff recruitment and appraisals
Drive the team and individuals to hit their targets
About you:
Experience managing a team
Clear and confident communicator
Excellent problem solver
This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Friday. Hours are 8.30am - 5.00am, but flexibility will be required around the needs of the business. Salary £40,000 - £47,000.
