Our client is currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Handlers to join a busy Nights Team based in Birkenhead.
4 on 4 off rotational basis working 8pm-8am Shifts.
You will be required to handle high volumes of inbound customer service enquiries covering a range of different contracts, duties will include
- Assisting with lost and stolen cards on behalf of Financial based company processing requests and claims
- Handling client calls relating to issues with onsite machinery, establishing issues for repairs and organising engineer visits to rectify the issues
You will be required to handle high volumes of calls with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. A variety of computer based systems will be used so excellent computer skills will be required for the role.
