Are you experienced with SAGE, and managing 3rd party logistics providers? An excellent Customer Service Coordinator position has become available, for our client based on the outskirts of Ashford. You Will be an important part of the Customer Service team, supporting the Supply Chain Manager and other team members in the reporting of all activities, performance, and customer related issues.
Main Responsibilities:
Liaising daily with logistics providers and customers to ensure vehicles are booked and issues are resolved
Develop positive relationships
Produce regular service level reports
Investigate customer credit claims
Manage and specific customer paperwork requirements
Communicate closely with the planner
About you:
Working Knowledge of SAGE Software
Understanding of supply chain principles
Knowledge of managing 3rd party logistics providers
Good planning and coordinating skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
This role will include some weekends as part of a regular rota, hours 8am - 5pm. The salary is £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. Please apply with your CV for more information.
